Premium Coffee Beans for Sale in Frisco, Colorado

At Frisco Inn on Galena, we proudly offer premium coffee beans roasted in-house at Mt. Royal Coffee. Sourced from renowned growing regions around the world, our beans are carefully selected and roasted in small batches to preserve character, depth, and freshness.

Single-origin coffee offers something truly special: a direct expression of place. Each region, elevation, soil type, and growing climate imparts distinct characteristics to the bean — from bright citrus and floral notes in Ethiopian coffees to deep chocolate and nut tones in Central and South American origins.

By offering carefully selected single-origin beans rather than anonymous blends, we allow each harvest to speak for itself. Every cup becomes a reflection of its origin, preserving the integrity and individuality of the farm and region from which it was sourced.

Our commitment to small-batch roasting further enhances that uniqueness. Roasting in limited quantities allows us to fine-tune temperature curves and development times for each origin, ensuring that flavor, aroma, and body are fully expressed without being overpowered.

Small-batch control means freshness is never compromised, and no batch sits for long before reaching your cup. The result is coffee that feels intentional, balanced, and alive — not mass-produced, but thoughtfully crafted.

Whether you’re a casual coffee drinker or a discerning enthusiast, our selection offers a roast to match your preference.

Meet Our Master Roaster – Bruce Knoepfel

Our coffee program is guided by our owner Bruce Knoepfel, whose attention to quality, sourcing, and roast profile ensures consistency in every batch. Each origin is evaluated for its optimal roast level to highlight its unique flavor characteristics.

Colombian Swiss Water Processed Decaf

(Recommended Roast: Light to Medium)

Swiss Water® Process uses the elements of water, temperature and time to create some of the most intriguing decaf coffee. This method was originally pioneered in Switzerland in the 1930s

First, we start with small batches of amazing coffee and green coffee extract. Green Coffee Extract (CGE) is water soluble and allows for the caffeine molecules to transfer from the green coffee to the CGE from the surrounding gradient pressures. Once the GCE has contains most of the caffeine, it is then seeped into carbon absorbers which remove the caffeine molecule from the GCE.

The GCE is then used again to take out the caffeine contents from the green bean, and the process is repeated until 97% or more of the caffeine is removed. The classic taste of lively, full-bodied, rich, aromatic coffee, from Colombia’s highest coffee growing regions awaits.
