This weekend Winter Park is hosting their annual ski season send-off to welcome in the warm spring weather and close out the season in style. Beginning Saturday morning and lasting until Sunday evening, Springtopia is the place to bring your friends or the whole family, and celebrate another great ski season in the Colorado High Country. Springtopia at Winter Park

One of Winter Park’s most anticipated events is finally here. The ski resort’s hilltops will be buzzing with sounds of live music from the FREE major concert performances kicking off Saturday afternoon. The Rick Lewis Project starts off the concert series at 12:30pm. One of Colorado’s favorites, G. Love & Special Sauce, will be blessing the stage with their musical genius at 2pm. The headliners of this year’s Springtopia, American Authors, cap day one off with a rocking show at 4pm.

Sunday marks the end of the 2015-16 ski season. Springtopia sends-off the season perfectly with the often imitated, never duplicated Spring Splash pond skim from 12-3pm. Come watch or join skiers and snowboarders show off their best skills to make it across the pond.
