bigsnow-aWinter in Frisco is a magical time of year. People from all around come to Frisco in the winter to visit our world class ski resorts, but Summit County offers more than just skiing and snowboarding. There is an endless amount of activities to enjoy while in the High Country. We have created a list of three unique family friendly activities to try.

Tubing Hill

Frisco’s Adventure Park tubing hill is now open! The tubing hill is a place where kids and adults can have endless fun and enjoy a winter day in Summit County. The hill features 1200-foot tubing lanes with lift service up the hill for tubing day or night under the lights. At Frisco’s Adventure Park tubing hill, you can spend a day tubing with the family or have a quick adventure after a day of skiing.

Sleigh Rides

Two Below Zero provides a unique experience of taking a sleigh ride through the Rocky Mountain landscape. Choose from a dinner sleigh ride, a hot cocoa sleigh ride, or a private romantic sleigh ride to enjoy the snow-capped mountains and starry skies. This will be an experience you will never forget!

Tumble Bubble

Tumble Bubbles is another fun activity offered at Frisco’s Adventure Park. Also known as Zorb balls or human hamster balls, Tumble Bubbles has become a popular activity among kids and adults in Summit County. Located at the southwest corner of the Day Lodge is the Tumble Bubble Corral. So, if you are interested in bouncing, rolling, and smashing other tumblers in a big giant ball check out tumble bubbles this winter season.

Whatever your plans this holiday season, we’ve got a spot for you at the Inn so come on up and book a room to stay with us!
