Winter Guest Guide: Check-In + Essentials Frisco Inn on Galena

This page is designed for quick reference during your stay. If you need anything, we’re happy to help.

1) Your Stay Quick Access

Door Code

Door Code: Provided at check in   Exterior doors lock nightly: 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM Office closes: 10:00 PM Reminder: Please memorize your code — you’ll need it after hours.

2) Parking & Snow Days

Parking-we charge $10/night per vehicle

We have two guest parking areas:

  • North lot
  • Back lot

Important:

  • No overnight street parking in town
  • 1 vehicle per room
  • If you have additional vehicles, please ask us for

Snow Removal (Winter Policy)

On snow days, if your car remains in the lot, please leave your keys with us so we can move vehicles as needed for plowing.

Alpine Conditions

This is a true mountain environment — ice and slippery conditions may occur at any time. Please use caution on walkways, stairs, and patios.

10) Ski & Gear Storage Rules

Personal Gear is not allowed in any of our guest rooms. Please place gear in the storage location: downstairs by the game room. Any damage resulted from guest equipment will incur a fine.

Bicycle/sports equipment/ski storage is located downstairs by the game room.

Safety + Cleanliness Policies

  • No ski/snowboard boots or bike cleats inside (for your safety)
  • No skis, snowboards, bicycles, or large sports equipment in guest rooms

Boot Dryer

A wall-mounted boot drying system is available.

11) Game Room Hours

Downstairs game room includes:

Closes nightly at 10:00 PM.

12) Ice, Fridge Storage, Honor Bar & Housekeeping Notes

Ice + Refrigerators

Please label any fridge items with your room number + date.

Honor Snack Bar

Our dining room features a self-service Honor Snack Bar with snacks and refreshments available throughout the day. Simply record what you take on the honor sheet. A communal mini-fridge and microwave are also available for guest use.

Housekeeping / Service

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

If you want your room serviced that day: Please do not leave your “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door during the day (it’s easy to forget).

13) Helpful Extras

14) Free Transportation: Summit Stage

Summit Stage offers free county-wide transportation:
