Galena House Academy is an internal professional training and credentialing program developed by Galena House to support boutique innkeeping excellence. Through The Innkeeper’s Journey™, participants engage in applied hospitality education rooted in live operational environments. Certificates are issued by Galena House and reflect demonstrated proficiency in guest service, daily operations, and stewardship-focused leadership.
The program is designed to preserve institutional knowledge, promote consistency in guest experience, and support stewardship-driven leadership across departments.

Our Mt. Royal Spa is now hiring for Massage Therapists with part-time and/or full-time positions available. Pay is as an employee and is commission based, which averages 55% including gratuity. We are located in the heart of the beautiful resort town of Frisco, Colorado, with two massage rooms and a couple's room. We create a quiet and calm workplace giving the feeling of serenity with a focus on connecting with our clients in our small boutique setting. We are a thriving location with the opportunity to earn significant income for those looking for those possibilities and we have a position for someone looking for only a few massages per day as well.
We ask for proof of Colorado therapist credentials and current insurance. New graduates welcome. We are open year-round and have significant demand throughout the entire year.
