Our Bikes are a great way to see the Fall Colors!! All fall we have one of our feature amenities, our fleet of complimentary cruiser bikes, for our guests to enjoy while they tour around Frisco and the surrounding area on the 50 miles of paved bike paths. Here are a few things you can do while cruising around Frisco on our complimentary bikes:

bike-park

Frisco’s Adventure Park

Hop on one of our cruiser bikes and ride on over to Frisco’s Adventure Park, which features a Free Bike Park. Note: the park is open as long as the weather permits so plan accordingly.

Mountain Biking

You are definitely in the right place if you like gorgeous single track and old dirt mining roads. Frisco is surrounded on 3 sides by National Forest (75% of Summit County is public land) and it takes locals years to bike it all so you will never ever ever be bored. The good news is that you can learn to mountain bike or fulfill all your dreams of gnarly mountain biking achievement here.

Bike up some interesting climbs and challenging terrain when you choose the classic mountain ride, Peaks Trail. Looking for more of a view on your ride? Check out the Frisco Peninsula trail to take in some truly draw dropping backdrops.

Road Biking

If your pleasure is biking on a beautiful paved surface, then we are here to introduce you to the Summit County Recreational Pathway. This 55-mile long network of paved paths extends throughout Summit County to the neighboring communities of Breckenridge, Dillon and Silverthorne. This path network is open to diverse, non-motorized uses such as biking, running and walking so expect and respect other users. And the network even connects to many, many more miles of paved pathways in Vail/Eagle County.

Two classic road biking trails to check out are Copper Triangle and the Loop around Dillon Reservoir. Both offer beautiful views and stunning historical landmarks.

Recreational Biking

There are a multitude of recreational paths that wind around and through town. They will connect you to other towns (all the way to Vail if you want) or give you access to off road trails. The rec paths in Frisco go past the trailhead to historic Mason Town and past an interpretive nature preserve area. People enjoy walking, biking, skateboarding, running with strollers, and roller blading along the rec paths.

The Town of Frisco maintains 12 miles of paved pathways that are within town limits. These paths take you through and around town and connect you to the Summit County Recreational Pathway System at a number of locations.

Book your stay with us today and immediately gain access to our cruiser bikes upon your arrival. This is a great way to view the foliage and enjoy the beautiful Fall weather.
