The Frisco Inn has three Deluxe Patio Rooms, two King and one Queen. These rooms are larger than our standard rooms and each has a beautiful private patio with outdoor furniture and patio art to relax and enjoy. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains while relaxing in the cool, pine scented evenings in Colorado. King Patio Room 106 has a king and a premium love seat sleeper for a capacity of three guests and Queen Patio Room 107 has a queen bed and 2 premium love seat sleepers (3 beds in this room) for a capacity of three guests.
